I started the company Digitial Wire Consulting GmbH in 1995 as Web design and Web hosting company. I had two SGI's and some NeXT cubes as servers. Most backend implementations were done in Perl and shell scripts.

I left for New York in 1998 and sold most of my equity.

In addition to providing web design, applications and web hosting, we also created and hosted the subculture.ch site which was a free email service and where early artists and early Internet offerings found a home.
